Flexibility Improvements

After a month or two of inanimate stretching training, I've been making some incredible gains on my flexibility. Not quite as good as what can be done while my mind is separated from my body, but still a huge leap from what I could do before. A couple more months, and I might be able to pinch tight in a backfold.
Unfortunately, all these gains don't help with strength or control. I really can't hold a looser bend at the moment, unless I'm pressing against a surface in some fashion; it's all or nothing (or a mild amount of flexibility, which I could already control). I might slow down on the inanimate stretches, so that can catch up.
