Though not having had contact with her brother for a little over 4 years, Andrea still felt indifferent to his absence. He had walked out one day and never even so much as gave a hint that it would be permanent. It wasn't until he had found her again on social media, messaging her a congratulations on her path into zoology. He also noted that he never got to take her to an anime convention like she asked him about years prior, but she was beyond surprised when he showed up outside her dormitory building with someone familiar. It was his old childhood friend, and oddly enough she was wearing cosplay, waving kindly at Andrea, her name still out of grasp. Her brother explained that he needed to leave to avoid seeing the family unit fall apart, and that he missed his twerpy pup of a sister. "Now, I've got a belated present for you, kid, and I think you'll like it." He said, leading Andrea to the trunk of his car, opening it up to a crate of fabric material in very dark yet eye-catching hues. "Now, there's a con downtown and I believe I still owe you for that missed birthday about four years back. So, whaddya say, miss sis? Care to craft yourself some sick threads?" He asked, energetic as any could be, and still with that quirky spark he always seemed to have. A few days of catching up and a ton of hours sitting before a machine and standing in front of a mirror with tape measures and it was complete. "I'd ask if you two would dress up opposite of me, but you'd probably tell me to stand out on my own." Andrea said, twirling her flowing dress and swinging her styled hair about. Her brother looked very elated and beyond proud that his little sister had managed to keep her spark as well after so many years. "Just make sure to carry some spray deodorant on you, trust me, it isn't for you." Her brother joked as they walked to his car and drove off. She thought to herself how she missed his dumb jokes, but Matt still hadn't directly reminded her of who his partner in crime was. Andrea never paid too much attention to his business when they were pups, but this vixen was awfully familiar and it gnawed at her. Oh well, that would have to wait, since now she had a dark lunar mistress to portray and merch to purchase.
