all it takes is a good writer. i mean, james gunn amde rocket raccoon an amazing character, the best developed character in all of the mcu....he can put his money where his mouth is and make a good scooby doo movie where scrappy is changed into the character we know he can be....that...or continue being another of many jerks.....his call.
Scrappy has been unfairly hated for some time despite the fact that he all but saved the show with his arrival. It was disappointing not to actually see him in the 13th Ghost movie. I'd love to have seen him grown up or the like.
