I mean, there are too many shapes and colors and it is difficult to read.
look at the most popular and memorable logos: google, apple, BP, shell, mcdonalds, ups, or even pepsi.
they are simple, and immediately recognizable. your logo has like 30 or so separate shapes and eight colors that don't mesh well. the L is almost invisible and so is the T.
if I had to fix it, I would just use the two elongated hexagons, put the text inside then, and use less colors. if you need the star, use just one, and don't incorporate geometric shapes into the lettering like you did with the P.
