As of last night at 5:30am, Pepper is relapsing.
They can't do anything more for her, such is the progressive nature of her illness. Only 8 years old, in the final stage, the last haul. You only realize how precious time is when you can see the clock ticking. I fear it won't be long now.

I'm so sorry for your situation, but if nothing else, I know Pepper is with a good and loving person who will fill her remaining time with as many good memories as possible. She will know she's loved, and you will know, when the sadness begins to loosen its grip, that you did all you could for her. I'm so sorry that you're having to deal with something like this, but my heart goes out to you and Pepper.
