Something little this year for Pride Month, as I didn't have a lot of time to do stuff. Honestly, though, my fast stuff is getting better! Just a little self expression. Maybe a little confrontational? But, you know, I like being here.
I never used to really do anything for Pride Month because, honestly, I never really felt like it belonged to me. That my thoughts and feelings were somehow just... less valid somehow because of my interests or style or situation.
So the last few years I've been trying to assert myself, just a little. Reassuring myself that I belong. It's just a little thing, but it means a lot to me.
I am how I am, and I like how I am. And my interests, affectations, and general demeanor are a product of everything that's gotten me to this point, and I'm not ashamed of that.
Even if I am a little Spooky. (Or a lot of Spooky, as the case may be!)

At this point in time, at least! I've gone through many over the years (Talon, Yuki, Sali), and it always feels weird trying on a new persona, but she's more just... me. I don't feel like I need to act as much, you know, as I did with Sali. I can be toothy and grumpy and a showboat and all that. It's a much better fit, though... people will still call me whatever they're used to. Can't get away from that. Hehehe.
