Some women receive bad come ons, Lucy Katt however tends to be more prone to this than other people would be.
Why it is she keeps attracting attention from more guys than she'd like she never knew.
Regardless, she is a real dude magnet, and while Lucy does have interest in men, the list of men she's interested in is quite short, at the very least she prefers guys who come attempt to get in her pants with cheesy come ons, poorly thought out passes, just plain creepy, or being a total jerk simply make like a tree and get the hell out of there.
Considering two of her preferred sexual partners happen to include Rod Garth, and a lemur named Quinton, she definitely didn't mind guys that much.
But as she sat in a bar after a hard day's work beating up a certain criminal Irish Setter, Bonfire Vanities, an unsavory snake showed up and started hitting on her, possibly a bit more than he ought to have, much to Lucy's immense displeasure. She put up with a portion of the harassment, before she went straight to 'fuck it' and just made it clear in a very physical sense that no, she wasn't interested in sex.
Sometimes the best way to deal with these creeps was to just ignore them.
But sometimes the best way to give creeps the right message involves tying them into a knot.
Granted the snake was able to untie himself but still he learned his lesson "Don't hit on that cat."
