Thanks again for the fun and floaty Totodude, Naritsu. The past few months have been frustrating on my side but I definitely felt better from the friendly communication with you and it's an honor that I could take part in one of your various commission projects.
What I personally like a lot in your artworks, are the amusing round shapes of the characters as well as the way you depict highlights on them. They always just have that neat and squeaky feel to them. A wacky toyish marriage that is still very cute.
In this one, Shiny looks like a mixture of a beachball and a pooltoy, all overly inflated and well presented like a free roaming blimp of a Totodile. The tail all fwoomped up rather large but well to steer through the blue sky with. His facial expression happy and curious about the things up there. It's very sweet. =3
People all depict Inflation in different ways and I enjoy seeing the same for how people do Totodile. My comparisson to the beachball didn't just come from the round shape of Shiny's middle but somewhat also the way of how his backplates make it look like if a ball would be wearing a crown. That doesn't mean though that there is anything wrong about that. Shiny's details are nicely captured in this one. I find it amusing how his arms are so fwoomped up that his handpaws basically got overwhelmed in there.
The neckerchief on Shiny and ghis facial features look perfect. Overall Shiny gives a great vibe as he's seemingly soaring about, some Birds or Dragons flying far to the back. Speaking of which, the background, also very pleasantly done.
As said, I can basically imagine Shiny's position. No matter if he'd just keep floating around whereever he wanted to or if he went missing from a parade and is going towards the stars, I bet he's having a lot of fun at that time.
Thanks on a second note for the adjustments that you made for me later on. This one is the version where the musical note is still flipped on the headphones but you changed it for me later which I find shows of what a nice service you got. X3
