Staurolite is a Crystal Gem who provided protection and healing to gems with her powers. Separated from her main partner near the end of the war, she was caught and transformed by the Corrupting Light into a large avian creature. In this monstrous form, she can fire beams of harmful light from within her ribcage. She attacks indiscriminately, as she cannot tell friend from foe in her current state.
