These small islands upon a vast sea were a sight to behold, and the culture of the people who thrived here so rich. Though awestruck by the beauty of the landscape there was great turmoil here as well, and somewhere in it was another immortal that Opal was not about to lose track of, again. "Always a quick getaway and, like you were some noble all along, you're rich somewhere else." Opal muttered to herself, walking through a small village on one of the multitude of islands. She had been tracking a troublesome vixen for several hundred years, this one had come from the early days of thinking life though. "No wonder you know how to play this game, you've had all of time to learn it." Opal muttered again. She was close this time, narrowing her quarry down by asking the islanders about a reclusive noble that suddenly attained wealth. Reaching the summit of an adjacent hill she spied her mark, a blonde vixen of golden-brown fur, recling in a seat, the muse of a sculptor. "Of course, leaving her little marks here and there like a game." Opal grumbled. She didn't dislike her prey Amber, just felt her very immature for setting the earliest example of an immortal. Though Opal was privy to childish shenanigans in ages past she didn't like being alone. This was just her reuniting with a fellow ageless one so the ages weren't so boring.
