Actually no, Policemen use the gun that shoots the barbs. I have the handheld one that has to be manually pressed against the body.

if its the one that you place on the body of the person and it looks like a pistol in black an yellow then thats the alternat police taser but if your talking about that all black smoothed out hour glass shape taser awesome.
