Lieutenants are responsible for directing fireteams in combat and are tactics experts. Their helmet mounted antennae are large and taller than those of corporal's to allow for greater bandwidth. This allows them to communicate with multiple fireteams at once. Lieutenants are also taller than any other PDF operative, usually between 7' and 8' tall. Lieutenants also carry rebreathers, often seen on corporals, but is not pictured on this Lieutenant. They usually carry light weaponry and, in her case, a pair of thrust gauntlets that aid in increasing the force deal in hand-to-hand combat. In most cases, these attack are lethal.
