There are things in life that are truly hard to deal with. I can only imagine the pain of suffering from PTSD, let alone the trauma that caused it in the first place. You're right, though. You're not alone. I pray that anyone suffering from such conditions be able to find the kindness and support they need from those around them, and that they are able to get the help they need to manage the condition. I don't know if it will ever go away, but perhaps, with time, it'll get easier. In the meantime, may love and friendship bring hope, even in the darkest of moments.

I find that with my husband and close friends. I struggled with it, and abandoned most of my family, but my sister is one of my best friends.

I thank you for your kindness too, which also helps me. Any bit of light from anyone is always something that lifts me that much more, and I can't thank you enough for being a part of it.

I sadly know the feeling and got no idea.... I wish i could help, all the time.
