Asmund - having no alias by his own choice - is one of six members of the Night Warden team Purging Light. He is (begrudgingly) part of the Guardians of Twilight.

Although having the form similar to that of a Golurk, Asmund is actually a Human soul that is trapped inside an ancient construct against his will. His hulking 1000 pound body is operated through gears, steam, and pistons, all powered by the energy radiating from his soul. Asmund's strength is considered to be feared, not including the weapons his body possesses. His fist contains a piston that launches the appendage forward with devastating power, capable of shattering rock and puncturing steel with incredible force. His other arm is primed with a cannon and loading system with heavy cannonballs, and lining this cannon are nozzles that shoot out jets of super-heated steam.

Due to having his soul forced into the golem's body against his will by a terrible group of Pokemon, he has become a very bitter and hateful individual. He openly displays this anger in the form of degrading and vulgar insults, showing little care at all for the feelings of others. He also feels a strong prejudice towards Pokemon - who are always the ones on the receiving end of his threats. This tends to create a great amount of tension between him and others, especially since the fact that the Guardians of Twilight is a Pokemon-only guild.

Note: Asmund doesn't have any known 'typical' hobbies to pass any free time. He either locks himself in his quarters or merely wanders around the guild HQ.

Asmund's design is based off of the Animunculi from The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, specifically the Centurion.
