I think it depends whether you are talking to a lawmaker or a normal man

FA automatically scales images down if it thinks the file is too big. I think this has happened to this image. The work around is to upload the same file as a replacment image. FA does not auto scale replacement images. I have to do this quite often on unusual proportion pages.
