Xavier "Xavvy" Yowlinson is a cat in his 20's and the president of X²Y Studios, an equal-opportunity animal entertainment studio known for its emphasis on amusement and creativity.

As a kitten, he grew up in a very strict family and was a regular target of school bullying at the hands of other animal kids because cats are often portrayed as mean in fiction. All he could find for solace were TV and later the Internet which, for better or worse, allowed him to discover what he was into and inspired him to start an entertainment company of his own.

He generally tries to aim for a gentlemanly demeanor, but there's more to him than meets the eye; he's actually rather naive and often anxious, adherent to basic ethics but not knowing 100% how to do things with other anthros (the aforementioned bullying he endured also made it hard for him to negotiate/stand up for himself) and can get incredibly flustered or even end up breaking down emotionally if things get overwhelming. On top of that, he's quite self-conscious about what he enjoys and feels as if he's "weird", "abnormal", "a societal reject" and so forth which his friends/co-workers do their best to remind him makes him who he truly is.

Otherwise, he's kind-hearted, friendly and polite, putting others before himself at the best of times and genuinely loves his friends/co-workers despite all their flaws. Better yet, he's quite thankful for how hard they work for him and he isn't above responding in turn, such that they're all like a family to him. A family he never had.

Also of note is that, thanks to his vice-president (and honourary big sis) Kazumi, he has acquired kitsune magic which he uses to perform minor spells... including fetishy ones like making someone expand. ^^
