Octavia was enjoying the stool down a historic street, waving to her friends at the park, enjoying the scenery. but as she trotted to the intersection a USATC S160 chugging on the rails, whistling its whistle to Greet Octavia as a way of saying Hello to her. Octavia smiled and blushed as the S160 passes by pulling a long freight train.
