This was the YCH I had bidding on and ran in for ARApril.
In this story the town of Anytown, USA is attacked by an evil super villain bent on taking over the world with her regression device! Four hapless victims in the area each run afoul the villain and find themselves transformed into little toddlers and babies before they can do anything! But when all seems lost... A visitor from another world appears! Giving the regressed kids magical Super Blankies they just might be able to fight back and save the town despite their smaller stature!
