Red's Ref (May 2019 update)
Hello, how's it going? Turns up school got in the way once again but the important drawings I have to do are almost finished luckily, they should be done soon, maybe this week. Anyway that time of the year came again, the time when I start hating and cringing on my old refs and feel the urge to draw new ones. Now it was Red's turn cause I changed a couple of things about him and wanted to write more stuff on his ref, but mostly cause in his old one he had a cringy facial expression I don't even know why.
As you can see in this pic I used Cell shading once again, but like I said when I published Amy's ref: Soft shading takes my a huge amount of time. But that does not mean that I'm not going to soft shade my characters anymore, well it's the opposite, I use this kind of shading only for refs.
Besides fixing Red's anatomy I just added some... let's call it "Extra fur" I want him 100% to represent me do I? I also tried to draw his Footpaws since I have to pratice on them more, they don't look that bad but I'll had to pratice.
