Aww, now that's sweet - I don't think I've ever seen a friend helping with physical therapy before. Looks like it's a bit painful (as it SO often is). Certainly offers up a heck of a view of the bear's massive sole. I dunno... if it were me, that bear could just prop up those soles in front of me to "inspire" me to do all sorts of otherwise hard physical stuff as part of rehab. :P
