That's SL. it only does that in animations. Because everything is user made animations can't be known; what you see in most video games where everything falls perfectly is because every animation is known and designed from the outset so it doesn't clip. It drives me crazy too, but it's what we got. Better than stiff hair that never moves.

Edit: You know i think there is Mesh / Bento hair now that does not clip. Thunder update your AV. :p
