WOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! This is SOOOOOOOOOO overdue its not even funny, AND ITS STILL NOT FINISHED!!! *faint*
Anyway, this was a peice that I worked on meticulously for weeks on end for my Special Someone as her birthday gift. I didn't want to post it untill it was completely finished; and if I had waited it wouldn't be posted untill some time next year. And this was due in October!!!
Really all that's left is the sky. The marker I normaly use decided to dry up without any kind of warning. (FAIL) so for now the sky is full of white cloud cover, at least that's my explanation until I can actually finish it.
But as for the rest it has turned out better than I could have imagined! The picture is of our two Fursonas just chilling out and enjoying the day. A Picnic is in the forseable future, complete with fine wine and cheese. :D (I'm sofisticated)
I am the White Tiger and Cheru, my Girlfriend, is a Snow Leopard. *drools*
The pic was made by first sketching out a basic look using a 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil. Then inked with Drafting pens/Pigment Liners. (Mostly 0.3 and 0.1mm tips) Next I used Prismacolor Markers for the base colors and all the shading and touch up work is in colored pencil. All done on 8.5x11 printing paper.
