Story: After Incineroar accepted the challenge, He got told:
"Please Mr. Incineroar, can you stay in those circles, the camera that i have doesnt focus too well."
Incineroar just placed into the circles
"Good, now take your position without taking out your feets into the circles, its important to you to have them there."
Incineroar just posed DRAMATICALLY into his best pose.
"Good, here comes the cement ready, please dont move and better get ready your angry face."
The fighter pour the cement on all Incineroar's body even its feets from the circles.
"Allright, im going to use fast dry spell, its not gonna hurt you, now be prepared."
The cement dried so fast as the light that the body of Incineroar got completly immovable.
"Ok hold on Mr. Incineroar, i just need to do the last touch.
The fighter had a button on his poket, Incineroar noticed that is a evil act, so he struggled to break the concrete that he put on him, but it was too hard that it just did a little scratch.
After the fighter pushed the button, it came water from Incineroar's feets, penetrating the concrete without breaking it, Incineroar's strength got weakened by a lot.
