well, one of my friends got me into dnd and since i see humans and human-like characters as boring (and hate the gnolls in that world) i kind of homebrewed my own little hyenafolk based on striped hyena and subsequently made my character one.

on that note, this is Tyrrin a Fighter Cavalier that rides a war drake (basically a large sized guard drake), we havent started the campaign yet but we all kind of know where were going with our classes and im not even sure if i'm going to like dnd quite yet, but i do love my characters so far.

other members in my group are a Cambian Barbarian and a Goblin Bard
