Philippine Eagle Experiment
This is drawn at the request of TwiceKnight, where another experiment focuses on a certain bird named Harry the Haribon. This is done in 2 phases. In the first phase, by drinking the special serum inside the can, the eagle undergoes transformation to its anthropomorphic self.
