So this is supposed to be the official mascot of the Antigua and Barbuda com site ;) (isn't up yet) so it's kind of a commission...
I designed Vincent as a comical version of a Hawksbill Seaturtle (still has too much details *LOL*)
all in all done in Photoshop CS2 and my Wacom Intuos2 Tablet :D
(BTW: this doesn't mean I take commissions/freelance stuff again... I am just too filled up in the moment... sorry)
