good vision
ok ventilation: its hard to breath in
the head is loose and heavy weighing on my head and the ridge hits my nose on the inside of the head forcing me to add top foam.

ok, looks cute from far away but up close there are many issues.
One she has messy patched shaving and it is uneven.
Two i can see seams on the ears and around the head
Three there are holes on the face and forehead of the suit
the neck floof was not made correctly

neck floof: this was not made how i wanted, i even sent the maker a tutorial to how to do a ring/donut type of neck floof. She did not follow this and just made it in two different parts and stuffed it lazily.

good the paws are fine only problem is the hands are a bit big and loose on my fingers and wrist and i sent measurements in inches and centimeters as well as photos.

How was your concept art realized?
the reference was well followed and i only had to remind the maker of small details like brows and her beauty mark


How well does everything fit together and match up?
everything fits together well the problems is the arm sleeves are loose as well as the head, and paws making it hot and difficult to wear
i have to try to fix the sleeves myself, again i did send her multiple measurements and pictures.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
easy on facebook

long responses over days/ weeks leaving me on read, sometimes showing as active but not reading or responding


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
not professional, she pushed my commission multiple times when i was being nice and patient, i tried getting deadlines but she missed every one of them. She prioritizes her personal or friends suits as well as spending money on vacations and trips when she has deadlines and she ignores people.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
poor, i waited over a year for this and i am not happy


Are you happy with the product you received?
ok, messy sewing, seams showing, hoels, the hair fell off, glue showing and loose fitting items.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
i would not recommend the maker because of communication and professionalism, she does not respond to messages, she does not show wips on time or approve things with the designer/commissioner. She takes a long time to get to the suit and put other things on priority instead of suits. I am not happy with her time management or communication skills at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!
