Recently, my friend  Ozzy9 closed his account; right after moving off of his  tof.fee one. Thankfully, all his art is still available to see, but he won't be posting anything more. Hopefully he'll still be around and about though.

Anyway, this guy was his main character back when his Toffee account was still around, ironically being named Ozzy. He's not supposed to be based off of any animal in particular; not so much an original species as it is a sole unique design. Most notably are his disembodied hands, which are controlled by his collar, his pierced ears, and his milky white eyes*, making for a very unique looking character.

Ozzy was often drawn diapered; I forget if he was supposed to be incontinent or not. Unfortunately I didn't save any of the padded pictures before the account was deactivated; though there are still a few drawings of him on  Ozzy9 's account.

(*Despite not having pupils, Ozzy is not blind. Ironically, his friend -a female blind cat who was usually seen wearing a hoodie/onesie- *was* blind, which Ozzy frequently took advantage of to embarass her.
