his younger counterpart looked so different to me I had to make the older one lol.
For a bit of a recap and extra info on his story: Starswirl was inarguably the most talented Unicorn spell writer of his youth. He blazed through any challenge they threw at him and wrote new spells for his students to try out.
His immense talent granted him special privilege to start a school despite not having all the qualifications to. That's where he and Celestia met, after she was accepted as basically on the same level as him. You can read the rest in the journal I linked!
Things to note:
-He's still lanky like he is in the show. I was just lazy and used this base lol
- Aspects of his design are based off of this drawing: https://www.deviantart.com/emkay-mlp/art/Star-Swirl-the-Bearded-3-410686516 I liked the yellow eyes and hoof color better than the show's, thought I mixed aspects of both into this design. (I love your pones too much Emkay lol)
-I like to think that got the wizardly outfit as like a joke or a halloween costume or something, but that little Amalthea liked it so much he ended up wearing it all the time and editing it to his style.
