Yes. There was a hole in the shoulder and the feet needed repairing. Rumwolf fixed the hole in the shoulder and installed zippers in the feet.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head fits extremely snugly, if it was any tighter, it wouldn't be comfortable. The vision from the eyes is very good.

Ventilation is decent.

Unfortunately it appears that my right ear was not sewn on all the way and the stitches are failing on it. There is a 6-7 inch gash behind that ear. The hair seems lumpy towards the top, like it wasn't pulled taught before being stitched.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Symmetry is nearly spot on, but the muzzle is slightly crooked. It bothered me a lot at first, but I've grown to like it, as it lends a little character and extra cuteness. The fur feels very soft. The airbrushing of the teardrop marks could have been laid down a bit darker.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
I have about 80% range of motion at the elbows and 60% at the knees. When I bend over, it will quickly feel tight in the back.

The quality of the body seems better than the other parts, so far. There was a hole in one of the shoulders and Rumwolf fixed it promptly and professionally. Airflow is decent.

The red fur bled a bit onto the white fur when tub washing.

The fur feels very soft and I really like the contrast between longer and shorter furs.

HANDS AND FEET

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The hands fit very well. Unfortunately when I went to tub wash them the first time, the stitches failed on a few of the fingers and I had to have them re-sewn. They stay on the hands well and do not slide off.

The feet were so hard to put on when I received them that I ripped the lining and sent them back to Rumwolf to have zippers added so it would be easier to get my feet in. Upon getting the feet back with zippers installed, the zippers promptly separated from the lining of the shoe where they were stitched. The stitching does not seem to be done very well.

The appearance of the hands and feet are great, though it made me sad that they started falling apart so quickly after not being worn much.

OVERALL SATISFACTION

How was your concept art realized?
Concept art was interpreted correctly, no issues.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
The sleeves are a bit long and it's a tad hard to get the hands on with that going on. The feet are still a little challenging to put on, but other than that everything is alright, except for the extreme snugness of the head, at the elbows, and at the knees.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
I was in the que within a week or two if memory serves.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
I feel like I was treated well at first, but that in the end he ended up acting very rude and unprofessional towards me due to some personal problems he was having, when I simply wanted my repaired feet back. He did not respond to an apology email I had sent him.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
The costume took less than 1 year to complete I think. Items were shipped in a timely manner upon completion.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I would give it a grade of C due to all of the problems I've had with stitching coming undone and the unprofessional behavior at the end.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Overall Rumwolf is a nice person. However, I wish he had treated me with more courtesy towards the end of our relationship and I wish it hadn't of ended the way it did. I would not work with this maker again and, in hindsight, would have gone with someone else.

Update 26 Aug 2019:
Well…the feet are now on their need for a repair for the 5th time because he barely sewed on the zipper to the back of the feet and it’s just gotten to the point of being ridiculous. Overall rating should be a NO now I think.
