Here we have Hanger. He specializes in hanging wedgies and uses it to hoist his victims in a state of panic and deception. He has some techniques that he uses to confuse them and even make them think they could outsmart this hyox.

Bio: Before Hanger was a member, he was targeted by Atomica, Burner, and Li'l Skidders. They planned a series of painful wedgies to this Hyox, but each were hung by what he calls "The Gallows" with the funky gunk he's mixed. With his skills recognized, he was recruited and initiated into the Wedgie Gang.
Signature Wedgie: The Gallows - He teases and set ups for a hanging wedgie to get them squirming in fear and embarrassment. Letting the psychology get to them, he follows by shoving the victim off their support and let gravity do its course via wedgie. He also sometimes tells the victim stuff like he'll cut the rope immediately after the wedgie if the victim willingly jumps off (though 9 times outta 10 this is a lie). As they dangle with screams shouting out, he then showers the victim with a personally mixed gunk that smells worse than a dirty diaper. He always carries a folding knife in his pocket, and a small "backup knife" hidden in his boot, mostly as a way for him to cut himself outta wedgies, and for crafting (cutting ropes to the correct size, etc). Though its worth noting he doesn't use this to intimidate victims unless they pose a physical danger to him or his friends (though this is usually as a last resort)
