In Summer 2018, while in the 3D printing lab at the college where I got my Associate's in IT Technology, I was waiting for a client's prototype to finish being cut out by the lab's laser cutter/etcher, when I decided to take my Elyran Telecom logo concept a step further. When the parts were done, I loaded my design into CorelDRAW X7, looked for a scrap piece of cast acrylic, and tried my hand at laser etching the design into the acrylic piece I've chosen.

The laser etching, at the time this picture was taken, was back-lit by the sun. The camera used was my then brand-new iPhone 6S, which was activated in July 2018.
