easy simple and delicious way to cook donburi lol
* From Chris - I would agree, however - your best bet is to make sure the fish is ABSOLUTELY FRESH (as in, sushi quality) and check for any bones by pressing on the flesh.
Further, keep in mind while donburi is served traditionally raw, it doesn't have to be - you can poach, bake or grill the salmon ahead of time and serve with teriyaki / ponzu sauce.
