Just give me the salmon smoked. I could live off of that. Costs between $20 - $40 a pound here (smoked), depending on quality. Very hard to cut thin enough without one of those motorized circular lunch meat type cutters. Would like to try making my own at some point. I could eat a pound of that in one day easy.
