Observation Notes: The potion took hold quickly, shrinking the legs to vestigal fins, as the spine elongated into a powerful tail fin. Muscle-mass and scales quickly followed as gills and fins grew quickly. luckily the potion allows him to breathe air as well, but for safety and peace of mind, the subject was moved to an aquarium following his transformation.
