Hey everyone, Part one of the story up. I'm sorry that it ends right as the transformation begins, but the transformation is probably the most difficult part of the story to write well. I don't want it to sound mechanical and boring which just insures that I'll need time to write it and then edit it several times over. You'll have to wait a week or two for it, but trust me, it'll be good.

If you can't tell the show I bring up in the story is Cosmos. Carl Sagan is a hero of mine, and his values seem to shine through Ezra a bit. Also, bonus points if you manage to figure out where Ezra's name came from, and why I picked it.

The transformation will be in part two, so read this section to learn about the characters, there are really only two at this point, and hopefully get attached to them. As always, please comment.
