This has been an unusual year for many people all over the world. Situations, long felt to be comfortable life certainties, have changed. During these times, embracing a sense of peace and well-being is important, even if we feel sad or afraid. It can also be healing to remind ourselves of those aspects of our lives that are good, even wonderful, if we take time to seriously reflect upon them.

Give credence to those beings, human and otherwise, that fill our hearts with joy and happiness. For most of us, the love we feel for others, and others feel for us is what's important. Often as long as that love endures, in some miraculous way, everything else eventually works itself out.
