Objective: Capture the fox in the forest
Nishi's Note: The Foxhunt
Fuxie decides that she will help capture Foxy, as long as the Do-Gooders don't mess anything up for 'em.
Cooni comes out and the Q&A is ready to head out to the forest.
And as we leave, Cooni notices that Oxnard's eyes have changed in the same way his did when Faux possessed his conscience.

Ooh, the plot thickens. The deeper story behind Cooni, Oxnard, and Faux is quite intriguing and always leaves me with more questions than answers. I can hardly wait to see how everything plays out. :)
I must also agree in how cool Nishi looks in the upper-left hand panel. It's like he's beaming with confidence over how much he cares about Fuxie and is willing to do anything to ensure her safety. Though, I bet it didn't hurt when she finally agreed to come along and join him in the search. :)
For as close as Nishi and Fuxie are, I also can't help but wonder if anything from their past will surface during this, or the next, mission? For the moment, I'd believe Cooni holds all the cards in regard to this and, should he be the key player in making any revelations, it will be interesting to see how he opts to share what he knows.

I love those three! 8D The eye-change with Oxnard was one of the ideas I had just before I started drawing out this mission, so compared to what I expected at first, I hope it'll be even more fun seeing how things happen between 'em all. (:
Fuxie might be kinda stubborn, buuut she doesn't always stick to what she says either. (: I think I still have to make sure their moment later on is a little more proper than it is - but I already have most of it planned out as I re-work the older yoshi story that ties into it as well. :3
