"You tried to force me to conform to what you believe is proper attire. Looks like that didn't go so well for you and your soldiers, little miss captain. All that 'practical armor' bullshit, and defeated you all while barely using my sword. Maybe I should have taken you on nude; then it might have been a challenge for me.
We women of Divinia will wear what we want, your offended feelings be damned. But if you dare ever try to invade our peaceful planet again, and your insecurity-covering armor will only one form and function: a coffin."
Ever since I saw the depiction of a woman in a chainmail bikini for the very first time, I knew I was in love. Later in life when I decided to do 3D artwork due to my lack of traditional art skills, I knew my main artistic hobby would be pin up fantasy art. A deadly, powerful woman who proudly embraces her sexual femininity, even when kicking ass is a concept I am obsessed with. Sexy armor and other erotic outfits in fantasy is a recurring theme in my art, and something I love to support by buying games, comics and other media that portray them in such a sexy, badass light. (Examples being Ninja Gaiden, Warhammer Fantasy amazons and dark elves, Dragons Crown, Queens Blade, Cleopatra 2525, Xena, 90s wonder woman, ect)
In some fictional universes, yes, the armor is just for show, and the woman has to rely on her speed and skill in combat to come out on top, like Red Sonja. The fact that she outclasses fully armored men without breaking a sweat is just a cherry on top of this Infinite Climax of sex fun. Other worlds might have women of superhuman strength and durability, like Wonder Woman or Power Girl, and the outfit is merely a symbol of who they are as a character. For the women I'm making in the Divinia Universe are so powerful that they might punch out C'thulhu for fun and, in proper Russian terms, armor should wear THEM instead. However, while they are near invulnerable goddesses of great magical and physical power, their goddess-like abilities do come with a few side-effects to balance them out, which I can't get into in this description because of the erotic nature of the Divinia setting.
This piece was inspired by EthicallyChallenged dark piece https://www.deviantart.com/ethicall.....o-Go-562633243 , who is obviously a more talented artist, but he motivated me to do my own spin on the possible scene. Here's to personal freedom, darlings! <3
