Second part of the series. Without being too terrible, I want to give the impression that this kid actually hates Pokemon. ... or rather, he likes playing the game, but he's got no respect for them as a species. Or... colored micro-scaled lights on a screen.
Which, now that I think about it, really doesn't matter. He's playing an entirely virtual experience. He really does not need to respect the creatures behind that screen when they don't actually exist beyond graphical artwork and programming.
... human emotions are weird.
