Hmm. Not bad. Though the lamp needs to be moved to be on the surface of the side table there, I think. And said side table needs a leg to stand on. ^^; Admittedly, the background does sort of cash with your style of drawing, though, with that particular ... is gradiation the right term? Texture? Then again, I assume this is a different image of Henry not drawn for this particular background, since there's no shadow play, etc. Is this from his Halloween pic?
Yeah, this is still VERY rough and far from finished. A lot of modeling still needs to be done, and the texture will be far smoother. This was just a quick render, so the graininess is a side effect of that. We were mainly looking at background lines vs character lines. But you're right, I just took him from the Halloween pic and put him in as a very basic test. The finish product will be much more polished
