The red apron gives me the impression that Blubberbutts was working a job in food at the time, likely a 'specialist' company that specialises in anomalously fatty foods and delivers their products from a factory using an online service. My guess is that he sampled something from a conveyor belt and is about to get fired.
Anyway, you did a good job, especially with the facial expression and the fat forms; the double belly was a nice surprise once I've noticed it.
