Brand new small gauntlets using pewter aluminum and mild steel scales on a med grey yarn. These actually use steel scales that are meant to slowly rust and weather as time goes on! Normally, small gauntlets are quite light but these half some extra 'heft' to them. (Just a couple extra ounces, nothing seriously heavy).
Scales are from theringlord.com .
These gauntlets will fit the following measurements:
3.5 to 4 inches across the palm
6-7 inches around the wrist
This weighs just 6-8oz per hand, very light weight!
The gauntlets took around ~2 hours to complete.
This is for indoor costume usage only. This is not armor or used for defense purposes.
