MechaDon 2 was a Comical relief Junk bot Mecha, much like Boss Borot in Mazinger Z, build by Don and Pancho following the destruction of the first MechaDon http://www.furaffinity.net/view/29258601/. He first appeared on Ep.17 of the Kotetsu Jeeg anime, the only media where it was featured, and continue on to be Don's Mecha for the remainder of the series and was easily defeated by the Haniwa Phantoms despite been more advance than the old MechaDon, as it was design by Prof. Dari. MechaDon 2 had a vehicle Alt mode for transport (a pick which you can see here and will be updated at a later date https://www.deviantart.com/geargade.....orm-135801416) He did show another alt-mode transport that resemble a classic car, probably a nod to the Old MechaDon.

Besides its tank mode, MechaDon 2 featured a sortie of Gadgets in his arsenal: a Jaws of Life and Hammer which would be the features it would be seen with the most often and could change it for hands (often used for propulsion in the vehicle form, though he would fight with the hands from time to time) and had a broom sticking out in the front end, fired laser in its eye (at least seen in one episode) as well have a fire extinguisher and a Butterfly catcher. The Broom could change into scissors at one point. Don would pilot the Mecha from the Cockpit located on the hat, while Pancho would ride on the secondary cockpit in the necklace, its never shown if the secondary cockpit had any controls, but in its feature episode, Pancho is seen in it and by order of Don, he operated a crane which had a basket that carry Don to the head (NOT KIDDING, this came out from the mecha's crotch/anus in the yellow part in the groin, it was only shown once).

Bio: Following the destruction of MechaDon No.1, Don retreated to his Garage to work on the designs for the new Robot, but essentially he suffered from Artist block and couldn't think straight on the idea. Pancho suggested the help of Prof. Dari, and while he was not opposed to it, his work schedule did not allow him time to design a new robot for them. In what can only be describe as a textbook example of Harassment (OH MY GOD, CALL DA FUCKING POLICE!!!), Don and Pancho bother Dari until he accepted. Later Dari provided the new plans and Don and Pancho proceeded to work day and night, much to the bother of the neighbors (including Hiroshi, who couldn't sleep).

Despite their precautions to avoid spies (WHICH INCLUDED A GIANT FREAKING MOUSE TRAP, how in the balls of Christ did Chibi missed that thing?) their little project did not go unnoticed, as one of Himika's generals, Mimashi in disguise as a scientist, looked at the plans and realized MechaDon would be inoperable without a proper Power Amplifier, which could be found in Michi's Big Shooter Jet, with it, MechaDon 2 could be as powerful as Jeeg itself.

Fun Fact: Mimashi's disguise couldn't scream "I'm actually a Bad guy!!!" so obviously, as he is essentially an old grey skin bearded man, with a scar running down the middle of the face a black monocle, with a walking crooked cane, a dark suit, black cape and a top hat. All it needed was to kidnapped a damsel in distress and tied her to a railroad and the package would be complete! Geesh!

Despite the moral implications, Don and Pancho sneaked into the Build Base at night and steal the Amplifier from the Shooter and installed it on the new MechaDon. Realizing his principal goal achieved Mimashi send the Haniwa Phantom Kenza at dawn Hiroshi and Michi are dispatch, and when they first attempt to assemble Jeeg, the Big Shooter malfunctions. Michi fires the Body parts and evacs the ship and Jeeg is assemble and Big Shooter goes down. Don and Pancho ride on the new MechaDon and arrive on time to save Jeeg, but their new mecha is cut in half by Kenza and impale on a mountain side with a sword. After Jeeg dispatch the Phantom, he proceeds to help Don, only for the Amplifier to slide out, uncovering the failure of the Big Shooter.

Afterward, Hiroshi and Michi severely reprimand Don and Pancho, as their actions almost killed her, but their opportune arrival, save Hiroshi - so ... even?. Anyways, she Pardons them (they should had been sent to jail for Breaking and Entering, Theft and Accidental Manslaughter, really) and the new MechaDon is accepted, becoming a dysfunctional member of the Build Base and Team Jeeg.

In Kotetsushin Jeeg series, a sort of reckon sequel to the original anime, a small girl is seen wearing a Backpack which is a nod to the MechaDon 2.
