Yes - when I was shown the pictures of the finished product, I realized the wrong fur was used on the belly, The mistake was totally my fault, as I hadn't paid close enough attention when swatches were shown. Kilcodo graciously replaced it at no cost and also airbrushed her freckles to match!

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Very lightweight and comfortable! The mouth opening lines up with where my nose and mouth are on my face perfectly, so the ventilation is awesome.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
She looks great! Super happy and with those trademark Kilcodo eyebrows. After owning her for about 3 years, I sent her back to Kilcodo for a refurb, and got a more deery nose and ears.

HANDS AND FEET

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The original hands were made from vinyl, foam, and fur. The vinyl "hooves" got sweaty and smelly inside after a couple years (despite washing), and I commissioned Kilcodo for new hands made from fleece. Both pairs have been comfortable!

The feet were originally built on slippers with Dream Vision Creations hooves made from resin (they no longer make these anymore, now they're made from foam). They were comfy, but after a few years I decided I wanted something more sturdy that provided more support. I sent them back and Kilcodo built my new feet on Crocs.

A couple years after that, one of my resin hooves cracked while bending over to pick something up. I contacted Kilcodo again and she re-made my feet on new Crocs with the new DVC foam hooves. I still have this set!

The above upgrades were all commissions, but at a discounted price and always with a fast turnaround!

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Fit is excellent! I had an issue with the neck stretching out since it's not edged with anything, but I was able to fix that myself.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy. I sent her an email from the form on her website and went from there


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Always fast to reply to emails!


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Kilcodo was always extremely prompt, professional, and friendly.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
My suit was finished about six months after I commissioned it. I asked for it to be done by Anthrocon (which is normally held in July) and it was done in March!

100% satisfied!


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
My suit is about 7 years old now and still looks awesome. Kilcodo has been a pleasure to work with and was always very easy to contact with questions or about upgrades to my suit!
