Because I like these raptors :D
I'm completely aware raptors and other dinosaurs most likely had feathers, and the representation here is incorrect, but I grew up on Jurassic Park and I just love the raptors there. That's why I will always draw raptors without feathers unless I'm commissioned to do otherwise xD
