New character, here we go agaaaaain!!!
this is Devin Shui, big brother of Zoey and lifeguard extraordinaire. He's not quite as... hungry as zoey most of the time, but still preds a healthy amount. He's more relaxed and calm most of the time, trying to be "chill" and open more or less, rather than just quiet and reclusive. He's 6'1" tall and age 25.
