The story begins, with a successful radio host, and at the same time a full-time meteorologist, known for her voice and her predicted weather predictions.
Her name is Viana Winther, she is a radio host of rock music and the meteorology of the frozen region, many people believe that she lives isolated from society, due to her distant and difficult location.

Interestingly, Viana befriends a great unfriendly looking Ogre.
This is Frozz, an Ogre that reaches 40 meters in height, was a solitary being in the tundra, but knowing the active life of Viana, the ogre began to analyze it to the degree that it became his only and true friend, at first Viana I was afraid of Frozz,
consequently their relationship was not very good, but with time they began to relate better, until they became great and inseparable friends.

Viana and Frozz lean against each other against the cold end of the tundra, Frozz got food, helped as snow removal and let Viana climb on his head to better detect the weather.
Viana in return, taught Frozz about music, allowed him to sleep close to or almost inside his own house, brought materials to create his clothes and blankets to Frozz and taught him basic education.

Frozz loves the work of Viana, since she listens to all the music that she played in the radio station, she always listened to the radio.
