Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
I love it, honestly I love it. I was scared about it at first since I went straight for digitigrade out the gate. But its comfortable, the mobility is excellent. I can run, jump, crouch, fall, roll, all the things I can do normally without any problems. The padding doesn't shift any and it transitions nicely from my hips and butt. I've yet to have any rips or popped seams. I didn't ask for it lined because I figured it would just be to hot already. The interior doesn't cause me any issues and it's honestly not as hot as I anticipated.

Overall, I love it. I can see myself wearing it for a good while.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
My design was very simplistic but I also wasn't sure about the placing of a few markings. They suggested some things and they turned out really good, its super soft and looks fantastic. The transition from the different colors is also very smooth and well done. I can't see any backing and it matches what I wanted perfectly

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The feet are shoe based and build on canvas loafers, they fit me pretty well, i had a slight issue with the left one sliding off at the heel, but it was an easy fix on my part. They were very easy to move in once I got used to it, I can run and jump without losing them.

The hands fit me ok, There's a little bit to much finger space so its a little difficult to use them, especially on the pinky and ring finger. But again, it was a really easy fix just by wearing cloves. They aren't lined because I didn't ask, though I'm kinda regretting not getting them lined. But it's something else that was easily fixed by wearing gloves. Once I got used to them, I was able to at least pick things up to use without removing my paws.



Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The feet look amazing, they used Minky for the pads and claws, its super soft and looks adorable.

The paws look good as well, silicone was used for the pads on them and it makes it easier to grab things. The only problem I have is the claws seem a bit to high on the fingers, but that could just be my own weird, non artistic eyes seeing it. Outside of that, the shaving was well done, the colors were absolutely perfect, so far they haven't gotten very dirty and when they did it was easy to clean.

Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The original tail was a bit to big I think and it kept wanting to turn sideways in my suit (furry banana) but they addressed this issue and made me a new tail that's smaller with a slight curve, that one works far better. It fits well and its easier to partial with.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The tail fits well right at my belt line and the center of my back, in suit or partial. I can use it with my basic pull belt and its really soft and easy to brush. There is a squeaker in the tip which seems to wanna shift around a bit sometimes but nothing I can't deal with. Its really soft and easy to move around when I need to (I actually use it as a cushion to sit on when I'm wearing it)

How well does everything fit together and match up?
I think they did an absolutely amazing job. The colors are exactly what I wanted, the transition is smooth, the fur is perfect length. Any slight issues I had were easily remedied by a little ingenuity or they're help/advice. You can't see any skin while I'm wearing the fullsuit, despite my activity in it. Nothing slides around and I have no issues in movement.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I found out about my maker through FurAffinity, there was a picture of Smudge the Cat on there and I looked for the maker, then I saw the Maker's suit (Tide) and I adored the style. I messaged them on FurAffinity and they got back to me very soon. They were very understanding of my inexperience with fursuiting and helped me quite well get everything together. They even helped me do my DTD when I messed it up,


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
The response time was excellent. Every time I messaged, it wasn't more than maybe a day until they got back with me. We switched to Email over time and then Telegram because it was easier than the messaging on FurAffinity.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Rhee was extremely friendly and kind to me. They gave me advice on what to expect and how to do different things, even helped me with some of my acting in suit. We've communicated a bit outside of the suit making since we live in the same area. I would like to consider them a good friend.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
It was honestly done faster than I had anticipated, they told me about how long and if it was rushed. I didn't want it rushed so I told them to take their time. But even then it was very quickly done, they kept me informed via trello and messaging. The item was hand delivered since they were local and they even helped me suit up my first time and took a few videos,


Are you happy with the product you received?
I'm extremely happy with all of it. I absolutely adore it. I was nervous because I had only seen a few of the maker's work and had heard the maker horror stories. But I was absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The suit is very durable and I think I'll be wearing it for quite some time before i need a repair.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Rhee was very open and understanding, helping and guiding me, even willing to drive a fair distance to help me with my DTD and see me suit up for the first time. We have talked and been to a couple events as well where we met up, even after our transaction ended they have still been very friendly and nice. They break me out of my shell that I seem to have when fursuiting by trying to play and doing random things with me, even attempting to pull me onto the dance floor at a local event. I consider them a friend and a very sweet person. I couldn't be happier with their work and I hope to see more from them in the future. If I ever wish to upgrade my suit, they are more than likely the maker I will go to.
