Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head is somewhat tight to wear, but it fits without major discomfort. There was a lack of ventilation upon receiving it so I had to modify that on my own. Even with my modifications to the ventilation, it is still very hard to breathe. I placed ventilation areas in the bottoms of the ears, but they are unusable since my hair juts out right where the ears begin. I cannot wear my glasses inside my suit because my face barely even fits in there, but not to the point of major discomfort. My jaw is not aligned with that of the suits and it makes it very difficult to make use of the mouth ventilation.

The vision is very limited-- I can see to the sides of me (not peripheral), but not in the middle. There is a massive blind spot and when my eyes were installed, they were turned more inward than outward. If you look at the head head-on, the pupils are not visible, just the eye blanks. On the inside of the head, there are giant white spots beside the eye mesh because the insides were not painted black. I plan to remedy this myself soon. I have to turn my head to see decently and often hold things right next to my eye due to my limited vision without my glasses.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The fur feels very nice and silky. It is a great white shade for my character and everything about the head matches my reference art very well. The shaving is mostly even, but on the upper cheek/ear area, there are some spots where the fur is very thin and the green foam is visible. The fur is easily brushed.

The inside of the mouth is partially furred-- the bottom half and tongue have a wonderful material, and the two top teeth are installed. I sent four teeth with his base to the person intended to fur it. They did not fur the roof of his mouth.

How was your concept art realized?
The concept art matches the product perfectly. We did compromise regarding the hair and adjusted the original headbase, which had spikes of foam for the hair, to fit accordingly to the new, fluffier design.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
The head fits correctly, albeit a bit tight. I had the head modified after initially receiving it so I could wear it but it still fits rather snug around me. It is consistent with the maker's other works.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy! The maker approached me on Twitter after I showed interest in getting my headbase furred by a non-popular maker.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
The response time was not an issue, during the project there was some silence from both parties due to my maker going through a move and me waiting for the eye blanks to arrive before sending the payment.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
The maker was a kind person to work with and communicated with me respectfully. We were able to resolve issues that arose.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I am satisfied with the quickness of my project, even if it was past the ETA. I had been hoping to wear Banban to a con that took place on the 28th of September but was equally happy to receive the product in general.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I am mostly satisfied, especially with this being my first fursuit and for a low cost. I wish to change some features on my own or with another maker in the future, but I will enjoy wearing him in this current state until then.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Majeste was a nice maker to work with. They were efficient in their work and communications and open to compromise. The process was simple and modifications were easy to be communicated and fixed. Going forward, I hope to wear Banban a lot, but with more modifications done to him.
